Hi, I'm Mick.

I’ve been creating great user experiences for clients ranging from commercial ventures through Federal Government initiatives.

My experience have exposed me to a broad range of client and user challenges, offering the opportunity to explore, innovate and apply a range of tools and techniques in my design process.

I thrive within collaborative environments and multi-functional teams. I’ve also worked in a leadership capacity; inspiring and driving outcomes within my team, as well as managing stakeholder relationships.

One of my favourite aspects of UX design is trusting the iterative process to go from uncertain to enlightened - discovering core user needs and translating these into engaging and memorable experiences. I am particularly passionate about designing products with positive social and community impact and looking to build upon my portfolio in this space.
